Enrolling online is easy. You can complete our application in 5-10 minutes. For returning families, your information is pre-populated from previous years.
Please note, a deposit is required with your application. It will not be processed until your enrollment is accepted.

Enrollment FAQs

How much is due with the application?

A deposit of $1500 is due with the application to secure your enrollment.

The balance is due April 30th.

Pay by credit card, debit card, or eCheck: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and eCheck/ACH payments are accepted through the secure online application.

When is final payment due?

Following the initial $1500 deposit, final payments are due April 30th.

Billing can be done in monthly installments, quarterly (November 30, February 28, April 30) or the balance can be paid on April 30th.

What if my child gets injured or changes their mind before camp?

We offer a tuition protection program: Kippewa Assurance Program (KAP) – $325 per session

This optional program protects your camp investment if you find it necessary to cancel for any reason. Depending on when you cancel, a portion of your payments may be retained as credit toward a future camp session for your child or a sibling.

With KAP, the following terms apply:

  • $1,825 deposit to accompany enrollment (includes $325 KAP fee) with final payment due April 30.
  • Cancellations received prior to February 15, parent will receive a full refund of all payments (including the $1,500 deposit).
  • Cancellations received between February 15 and April 30, $750 of Camp tuition will be retained by Camp as a credit against a future Camp session and all additional payments will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received between May 1 and May 31, $1,500 of tuition will be retained by Camp as a credit against a future Camp session.
  • Cancellations received after June 1  until the start of camp, $2,000 of tuition will be retained by Camp as a credit against a future Camp session and all additional payments will be refunded.
  • If Camper needs to leave Camp early, the unused portion of the Camp tuition will be retained as a credit by Camp for a future Camp session.

Without KAP, the following terms apply:

  • $1,500 deposit to accompany enrollment (includes $250 non-refundable administration fee) with final payment due April 30.
  • Tuition and fees are fully refundable (less the $250 administration fee) until January 1.
  • Cancellations received January 1 to April 30 incur a fee of $1,500, all other payments will be refunded
  • Cancellations received May 1 to May 31 incur a fee of $4,000, all other payments will be refunded
  • Cancellations received after June 1 incur a fee of complete tuition with no refunds.

When do we sign up for equestrian options and other activities at Camp Kippewa?

If your daughter is interested in riding while at Camp Kippewa, you will sign up for one of our equestrian options after your application has been processed and she is enrolled for the summer. We will send you instructions on how to sign-up. You can also select trips she may be interested in (these vary by age) in advance.

You will select activities for the first week of camp in the spring, close to the start of your camp session.
